Owls Thatch Guest Cottage is set in a leafy garden on the owners’ property in Mbombela (Nelspruit). Nestled in the fertile valley of the Crocodile River, Mbombela offers a warm sub-tropical climate, abundant sunshine, and easy access to a range of attractions. It also serves as a gateway to Mpumalanga and the Kruger National Park. The area is not affected by load shedding.
This one-bedroom cottage can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The loft-style bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The lounge includes a pull-out sofa bed and has its own private entrance. A camping cot is available for a baby.
The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, Snappy Chef single plate stove, air fryer, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a 2-seater dining table. The lounge features a TV and comfortable seating.
Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, a communal swimming pool, a braai area, and secure parking with security. Nearby attractions include Sudwala Caves, Mbombela Golf Club, the Lowveld National Botanical Garden, Chimp Eden, Emnotweni Casino, Kruger National Park, Eswatini (Swaziland) and Mozambique.
