Description
Oyster Bay Nature Retreat is a self-catering home in Oyster Bay, a small coastal hamlet in the Eastern Cape. Surrounded by indigenous forest and close to the beach, it offers a peaceful retreat for guests looking to unwind.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the other 2 bedrooms each contain a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower, and there is an additional outside shower with hot and cold water.
The open-plan living area features a lounge with comfortable couches and a fireplace, as well as a kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, and oven. Free Wi-Fi and braai facilities are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own DStv card. A prepaid electricity meter is supplied, with R200 for a 7-day period for 4 guests.
Outdoor seating on the deck allows guests to enjoy forest and beach views. Fishing is possible from the rocks or beach, and some of South Africa’s best waves are at nearby Jeffreys Bay and Seal Point. Addo Elephant Park is a 2-hour drive away.
