Newly renovated Paarl self-catering Cottage is a freestanding unit with a private entrance, centrally located on the owner's property in Hoog-En-Droog, making it an ideal option for corporate or leisure travellers.
This cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an air conditioner, while the second bedroom are equipped with 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The unit boasts a well-equipped kitchen that includes a gas hob, air-fryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, and a fridge-freezer. The adjacent living area has a comfortable couch and two occasional chairs, as well as a 4-seater dining table. For guests' entertainment, a TV with streaming services and free Wi-Fi is available.
Guests are provided with secure parking for 1 vehicle and will be located within walking distance of various schools, shops, and restaurants, as well as within driving distance from various vineyards and wine-tasting venues. This unit is equipped with a backup battery system and is not affected by power outages.
