Very expensive for what you get. Please note, Em Paz is a lovely little house, unfortunately badly located, across from the segregated neighbourhood. It is also not walking distance to the beach; it is more than 1 km to the beach on the main road if you wanted to walk with your beach gear. We have a baby and during the walk we were pelted with firecrackers which made us feel very unsafe. Unfortunately Em Paz is a very small house with no view and several windows where neighbours can see through, so the blinds were often closed. Parking is very limited as there was no access to the garage. We felt very cramped. But everyone is different, I just want to make sure that if you are considering this house, you take all the factors into account.

Very neat and quiet Very neat place and very quiet environment, everything is available in the house for you. The only problem was that the DStv was off and we had no password for the WiFi, but otherwise everything was in order and perfect. Thank you very much.

Breathtaking. Pakhuisie is a house full of love, very nice place, comfortable you don't lack anything, there is everything you need. Would recommend people to go to Pakhuisie any time.

Was very pleasant. The cottage is comfortable and has everything needed. Walking distance from the beach and Voorstrandt restaurant.

The house is beautiful. There is an alarm system, so your stuff is safe. I just want to highlight a few possibilities. It would be good if the owner could perhaps put in a washing machine. As well as an outdoor sink with a tap where you can clean the grills. Outside trash also where the trash bags can be put in until it can be removed.
