Description
Palmtree House Luxury Villa is a lovely holiday home situated in the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in Pennington. Surrounded by lush coastal vegetation, the villa offers a tranquil escape for families and groups of friends seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. The estate is ideally located next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach, restaurants and other local attractions.
The property can accommodate 12 guests and comprises 3 self-catering apartments which are booked together. Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, and each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. All 6 bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a shower, or a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Linen is provided.
Each apartment features an open-plan living area. The kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering and contain a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge areas are furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. Guests can enjoy an expansive wooden deck with a sparkling lap pool, sun loungers and braai facilities, creating an ideal space for relaxation and outdoor entertainment. Additional on-site facilities include a Jacuzzi and a pool table. Secure parking is available, and the estate offers 24-hour security.
The villa is serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays. Spa treatments, golf tours, day tours, shuttle services and airport transfers can be arranged on request. The estate also features a French restaurant for guests to enjoy. During power outages and water interruptions, the property is supported by a backup inverter system and a JoJo water tank.
