Awesome, safe, enjoyable and welcoming. Our stay was very awesome, the kids had a wonderful time and we were looked after. I like that they have done some renovations on the place, especially the bedrooms. Hopefully next time the kitchen will be done as well, as the cupboards were falling apart and the staircase needs a little love, but overall thank you so much for an awesome time.

I didn't enjoy it at all. I found the room was not ready for checking in and waited for more than 2 hours, and the problem was not solved: broken shower door, WiFi problem, and the swimming pool was dirty. One more last problem: the window did not have a curtain or blind.

Dear Ntlantla, thank you for this review. I'm sorry to hear that the preparation for your room took two hours. With regards to the broken shower door, I explained to you that the clients who just left accidentally broke it. We are in the process of replacing it, and you looked at it and said it’s fine. I even offered to show you other rooms from which you could choose, but you said it’s just a door and you liked that room. Coming to the window without a curtain or a blind, we have a wooden sliding cover that acts as a blind. Before you close the sliding window, and it’s upstairs, when closed no one can see.
