Panoramic Beach & Sea View apartment is located on the 4th floor of the well-known building at Beach Road Amanzimtoti, close to Amanzimtoti Mall and the Spur. there are three lifts to reach the apartment. It has 180 degrees sea view from the windows of the lounge and bedrooms. The establishment is at the beach front with easy access to the beach and within a short stroll to the main beach.
The apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends, looking for a comfortable getaway. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom contains a double bed and a double bunker bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, breakfast nook, two fridge-freezers, a microwave, a kettle, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area comprises comfortable leather couches for 6 people and a flat-screen TV with DStv.
There is a free and secure undercover parking for 1 vehicle close to the lifts and additional open parking can be arranged at a minimal fee. There are safe and secure braai facilities available on the ground floor including outdoor furniture. There is a communal swimming pool where guests can cool off after a hot day from the beach. Guests have the convenience of using the laundry amenities within the building at a minimum fee and include washing machines and tumble dryers.
