Tropical getaway with ocean views, nature sounds, and all the comforts. What a gem! The flat opens onto a private garden with a braai and entertainment area, where you can relax listening to the birds and nature – and even spot whales from the ocean view. The vibe is tropical and holiday-like, with a pool in the complex and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I was there on business and the Internet was fast and stable, which was really important, plus the kitchen was very well stocked. Check-in was smooth and easy. A place I’d happily return to!

5 stars. We had an amazing week staying in Paros! The apartment was lovely, modern, and incredibly comfortable – it truly felt like a home away from home. Vanessa is an exceptional host: warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her local tips made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend – 100%!

Great stay- welcoming and accommodating. On arrival, the website didn't email us the info the owner sent (unit number, password, etc., and how to get the main keys). The security guard was quite helpful and gave us 1 set of keys; the 2nd pair was supposed to be retrieved from a security box, which was password protected. We had to call the owner, and she assisted us in unlocking the box. The unit was absolutely stunning; the pics are a true reflection. We've had some issues, but the owner was prompt in sorting these out. I would suggest that a check-in and check-out register be done with a staff member on site, as there are now reports of damage caused, but there was no damage done during our stay. So please, can you come up with a solution in this regard to avoid future issues? The distance from the unit to the beach is a bit tricky—at least we got some exercise in. Not too good if you have a bad knee. To get to the beach, you go down 3 sets of stairs, then a rocky, uneven path on an extremely busy road. Once you cross the road, it's another 5-minute walk to the beach. The beaches aren't very safe; the beach where lifeguards are stationed is a good 15-minute walk away. Plenty of blue bottles, so carry clean water just in case. The complex pool was lovely and warm; the baby loved it, but the bigger kids wanted the waves instead. Our entire stay was amazing. The air-conditioned rooms were a great addition. If you’re flying in and not hiring a car, it’s a bit inconvenient to get to the shops, etc. Halaal food places are non-existent or very far away. If you want to get away from city life and unwind, come stocked with food, basic toiletries, etc.

Perfect family getaway with great location. Our stay at Paros Estate was wonderful. The apartment is conveniently located to multiple amazing beaches, it is spacious and well-equipped, and very comfortable. We loved our stay there. It is secure, and we loved the birdlife as well as the little mongoose family and monkey family doing the rounds each day. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool in the complex and its proximity to the beach. We can achieve 60/60 deliveries, which is always convenient, and there are numerous shops within a 4km radius to cater to all your needs. It's close to the Ballito market, which was lovely for the weekend.

Good. The stay was good. I stated that we were 6 adults and requested a 6 sleeper. They only provided 4 bath towels. The garage is small and we battled to get in or out of the car when it was garaged. The garage door was rusty and scary when it was opened and closed. The bathroom doors don't lock. The aircon in one bedroom did not work.
