Host was very friendly and went out of their way to make it comfortable for us. It was very convenient.

Acceptable for emergency housing. We were there to visit sick great-grandchild. The accommodation is a garage and maid's room that has been converted into accommodation. It is narrow and cramped. It has not been done professionally. There is a lot of patchwork. It is cramped and the single bed has no privacy. We were 3 people. The entrance to the shower and toilet is at the head of the double bed. The parking is safe and the house is quite central and in a good old neighborhood. The price is unacceptable. It does not include breakfast. My previous visit in January 26 I stayed in a much more affordable place in Summerstrand. The price was R650/night and included breakfast for 3 people. This accommodation is not value for money. The owner wanted to charge R100/person for breakfast. The star rating of the place is too high.

Very nice and comfortable stay. We had a great stay at Parsons Hill Apartment. The owner went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The unit is very close to a large shopping center and other dining options.
