Description
Pearl Bay Holiday House is a newly built, self-catering property ideally located in a cul-de-sac in Pearl Bay, Yzerfontein. The area is best known for its pristine beaches, tranquil coastal lifestyle, and excellent cycle trails. The property is situated within close proximity to the beach and the popular Swemgat tidal pool, offering a safe environment where children can play outside.
The property can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children, and comprises either 3 or 4 bedrooms, along with an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a guest bathroom. The 4th bedroom is a flatlet that contains a Queen bed, its own living area with a sleeper couch suitable for 2 children under the age of 12, and a small kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The main kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains an oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer, and a separate scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The dining area is furnished with a 12-seater table, while the lounge features a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities and an indoor built-in braai. Free Wi-Fi access is available, and ample on-site parking is provided on the large stand.
