Description
Pearl Bay Escape is a newly built self-catering holiday house located in the Pearl Bay area of Yzerfontein, just an hour's drive from Cape Town, making it the perfect destination for a family getaway. The property is situated within a quiet cul-de-sac and is located just minutes away from the beach and the popular Swemgat tidal pool.
The main house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and 1 single bed, while the third bedroom is located in an adjacent, separate rondavel and contains a triple bunk bed (double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top) as well as an en-suite bathroom. Bedding and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and air fryer, as well as a separate scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The living area features a 12-seater dining table, a comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV and YouTube access, and an indoor built-in braai. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Additionally, a separate flatlet on the property can accommodate an extra 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 by prior arrangement. The flatlet features its own open-plan living area with a small kitchen, a sleeper couch for the children, a bedroom furnished with a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom.
The property is situated on a large stand with ample on-site parking. The cul-de-sac offers a safe environment for children to ride bikes, and excellent cycling trails can be found in and around the Yzerfontein area.
