This stunning, newly built self-catering holiday house is located in the breathtaking Pearl Bay area of Yzerfontein. Situated just an hour’s drive from Cape Town, the property serves as the perfect destination for a family getaway. The house boasts a lovely open-plan living area with a built-in braai, and is positioned just minutes from the beautiful Yzerfontein beach and the popular Swemgat tidal pool.
The property can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a single bed, and also includes an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom, located in a separate rondavel adjacent to the cottage, is furnished with a triple bunk bed featuring a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, as well as an en-suite bathroom.
