Pecanwood 11 on 7th is a relaxed and comfortable apartment with a shared entrance, located on the owner’s property in Hartbeespoort within one of South Africa’s premier golf estates. An ideal option for golfers, active families, weekend adventurers, or corporate guests, this inviting unit offers a convenient base for enjoying the estate’s exceptional facilities and the surrounding area.
This air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 1 en-suite bedroom. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed and a single bed, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The unit includes a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, and basic essentials for simple meals and snacks. The adjacent lounge features a comfortable couch which includes a day-bed that can act as a sleeper couch. For entertainment, a smart TV with DStv streaming and access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Guests have access to a wide range of estate amenities, including 24-hour security, a clubhouse and golf facilities, a boat club with serene dam views, a spa and wellness centre, tennis courts, a pool area, playgrounds, trampolines, and a driving range. Visitors can also enjoy two estate restaurants, a halfway house for casual dining and takeaways, and a laundry service that offers collection and delivery services.
House Rules:
1. Only the guests booked for are allowed in the unit. No visitors. This will be strictly enforced and you risk your booking being terminated if this is violated.
2. No cooking allowed in the unit. Only heat and eat using the microwave, toaster and kettle. No outdoor cooking or sitting area is available at this unit.
3. We have provided extra garbage bags. If your garbage bag fills up please put it in the green wheelie bin outside the front of the house. Do not leave overflow garbage in the unit.
4. Please make sure all dishes are washed when you leave.
5. No loud music or noise is permitted in the unit. No parties whatsoever at the unit.
6. Do not walk around the house as there are dogs on the premises -also other guests occupy the other side of the house.
