Description
Phezulu is located in Zinkwazi Beach on KwaZulu-Natal's North coast. It is well-equipped and excellently situated, providing easy beach access via the main beach entrance.
The house comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has a single bed, and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet. The fifth bedroom is situated in the little flat behind the house, offering a private entrance, a double bed, and an en-suite with a shower, toilet, and basin. Additionally, there is a family bathroom in the main house with a bath, a shower, a toilet, and a basin. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, built-in cupboards, and hangers.
Inside the house, guests will find a well-appointed, open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a spacious fridge-freezer, an oven and hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and a tumble dryer, are available.
The property features a covered verandah, a lawn for children, and braai facilities, along with DSTV, streaming off your own account, and Wi-Fi is provided. Guests can drive directly to the back door, and there are no stairs inside the house for easy access. Please note that the driveway is steep. The house is secured by fencing, walls, gates, beams, and an armed response. There are 2 lock-up garages and parking spaces for additional cars. For load-shedding times, a gas bottle and cooker with rechargeable lights are provided.
Guests can enjoy partial ocean views from the Jacuzzi overlooking the front lawn.
