Disappointed that the shower did not have a door. Check-in process was good. Disappointed that the shower door was not attached with no intent to fix the door during my stay. Each day the shower floor was wet after showering with no shower mat to absorb the water.

Not the most pleasant. From arriving at the building to finally getting into the room took just over an hour. I was greeted by the host and given the keys for the apartment. Security did my registration. Once in the parking bay, there was no clear direction on how to get to the apartment. I approached one of the cleaners who informed me the lifts I was trying to use were out of order. The lady guided me to the building, and I had to climb the stairs to the 9th floor, only to find that it was the wrong building. It took another 15 minutes for the host to send someone to find me and guide me to the correct building. Once in the room, there was one hanger to hang my clothes for the days I was attending a conference. The host, however, supplied additional hangers within 5 minutes. There was no shower door on the shower, and my security access for the duration of my stay never worked. I always had to ask security for access into the lift as you cannot access any floors if you are not registered on the system.

It was comfortable. The stay was comfortable and just right for what I needed. However, the kettle needs to be replaced. I was looking for it and it was hidden below the sink and it was a bit broken. It did the job but is not suitable for a place that is being rented out to people.
