Plan de Dieu’s Petit Chalet is a charming self-catering studio apartment in a French Maison-style villa. The unit is located on the ground floor of the owner’s property in the peaceful suburb of Vermont, near Hermanus.
The studio is ideal for 2 guests and features an open-plan layout. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Quality linen and towels are provided. The living area offers a cosy seating area and a dining table for 2.
The kitchenette includes a fridge with a wine cooler, an induction stove, an electric grill, a microwave, and a frying pan, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, crockery, and cutlery. A TV with the full DStv package, Showmax, and Netflix is available in the lounge, and free WiFi is provided.
Although located on the owner’s property, guests enjoy complete privacy. Secure parking is available behind a remote-controlled gate. Guests also have full access to the swimming pool and braai area, which overlooks a beautiful greenbelt.
Vermont’s diverse landscapes and abundant birdlife make it an excellent holiday destination, and the scenic coastal footpath is only a 10-minute walk away.
Please note: Smoking is not allowed indoors; however, guests are welcome to smoke outside.
