We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay were frustrating. Unfortunately, fingerprint registration at Simbithi Eco Estate is managed by the estate directly, and during peak periods delays can occur due to staff shortages. We did offer an alternative option by providing temporary access codes and allowing fingerprint registration to be completed at a quieter time, but we understand that you preferred to get it done immediately.
As the unit is rented on a self-catering basis, the initial supply of toilet paper is provided on arrival, with additional supplies being for guests’ own account during longer stays, as outlined in the booking information and terms and conditions.
We’re also sorry that you felt uncomfortable regarding the air conditioning. Had this been raised with us during your stay, we would have gladly stepped in to assist and clarify matters, as we are always available to help ensure guests feel at ease and well looked after.
