The flatlet accommodates up to 2 adults and features 1 en-suite bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and direct access to a private balcony. The bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower, and there is an additional guest toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided for guest convenience.
The unit includes a well-equipped kitchen fitted with a gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, and fridge-freezer. The open-plan living and dining area offers comfortable seating, along with a Smart TV featuring Netflix and free Wi-Fi access.
Large doors open onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating and a gas braai (barbecue), creating an ideal setting for relaxed meals while enjoying the surrounding natural views. Guests have access to a single garage as well as an additional open parking bay. The unit is supported by a solar battery and generator backup, ensuring uninterrupted power during outages.
Please note that short-term holiday guests do not have access to the estate’s sports complex facilities, including padel, tennis, bowls, and the gym.
