This elegant holiday home is situated just outside Ponta do Ouro, offering a private and peaceful retreat surrounded by a lush garden. Designed for relaxed coastal living, the property features a sparkling swimming pool and a well-appointed boma area, ideal for outdoor dining and evenings under the stars. The home provides a comfortable and secure setting while remaining within easy reach of the village and nearby beaches.
The house accommodates up to 13 guests across 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. Three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, the fourth bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed, and the fifth bedroom is fitted with 2 child-only bunk beds. There are 3 en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers, as well as 1 additional shared bathroom with a shower. Bed linen, bath towels, and cleaning products are provided, and each room includes wardrobe space.
The open-plan living area offers comfortable seating, a TV, and books for guest enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, freezer, chest freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cooking basics, along with a dining table for shared meals.
Outdoor spaces include a private swimming pool, balcony, patio, and outdoor dining area with furniture, as well as braai facilities and the boma for entertaining. Additional features include free secure parking, a private entrance, fire extinguishers, and a cleaning service available for convenience.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Please note that a friendly resident dog may be present and often greets guests on arrival.
