Description
Santorini 202A is a charming self-catering apartment situated in a secure complex on Margate’s beachfront along the South Coast. Guests are provided with easy access to the beach and can enjoy stunning sea views from the balcony. The apartment is conveniently located within proximity to a variety of amenities, including the main swimming beach. Please note that air-conditioning is not operational.
The apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests (maximum 5 adults) and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom is fitted with a tri-bunk bed. The second bathroom includes a shower-over-bath, toilet, washbasin, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen is provided, including a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining area features a table with chairs, and the lounge is furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. The unit is provided with an OpenView decoder, and guests preferring DStv are advised to bring their own decoder (no Explora decoders).
Sliding doors from the living area open onto a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture and a braai area, allowing guests to enjoy the sea views while relaxing. The complex is well-maintained, offering 24-hour security, a communal swimming pool, communal braai facilities, and secure parking for guests. Every detail has been arranged to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
