Great service. Customer service was outstanding. When we discovered there was no hot water on a Friday night, they tried to fix it immediately. 30 minutes later, they moved us to an upgraded bungalow for the weekend. No extra charge. They sent a message about where to watch the rugby game on TV when the power went off. Everything was done to please us. The cottage was cleaned thoroughly every day.
