Portico 704 is a beautiful self-catering holiday apartment situated in a secure apartment building with a breathtaking ocean view located in the heart of Table View. This apartment has lovely modern features, making it an ideal option for a coastal getaway in the Mother City.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of the other bathroom which also has a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The bright and airy open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher is also available. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

This living area has large sliding windows that guests can open to let the fresh ocean air in. The location of this apartment is within walking distance from the beach as well as many shops and restaurants.
