Would love to go back to stay but this time for a couple of days to explore. Lovely hospitality and such interesting family history combined with ancient and more modern history. Fascinating military museum. Enjoyed the Gum Tree cottage with its awe-inspiring giant tree at the doorstep and the clever way in which the building has been restored from a sheep shearing facility into a comfy cottage, fortunately more than adequately heated on a very cold winter's night.

Very pleasant. Lovely cottage in quiet countryside. Everything was neat and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only downside was the absence of rusks to have with my morning tea .

Very comfortable. A very pleasant stay, in spite of the wet weather. Our host was very helpful. The dinner provided was excellent and very welcom after our long trip. The bonus was finding an electric blanket on the bed - very welcom with the wet cold weather.
