An unhappy night with no hot tub and thousands of flies. Some basic understanding of what they offer and how to deliver it is needed. While their communication was very good, unfortunately, the hot tub leaked and so it could not be used. We had an infestation of flies and don't think they had thought through the discomfort to renters - fly screens should be installed.
