Springsteen Cabins Rawsonville offers an off-the-grid retreat set on Avondrood Farm, elevated in the mountains overlooking the Breede River Valley. Positioned within easy reach of Rawsonville, the property serves as an ideal base for exploring local wine estates, gin tastings, hiking and mountain biking trails, and trout fishing.

Accommodation is available in 5 Scandinavian-inspired container cabins, including Philadelphia, Better Days, Glory Days, and Radio Nowhere Secret Garden. Each cabin accommodates up to 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 en-suite bathroom, and an indoor living space. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. Each en-suite bathroom is fitted with an indoor shower, toilet, and washbasin, with an additional outdoor shower providing mountain views.

Each unit features a kitchenette equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, bar fridge, air fryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and cutlery and crockery. The indoor living area includes air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, and comfortable seating. The property is powered by solar energy and fresh mountain spring water.

Each cabin opens onto a private covered wooden deck featuring outdoor seating, a gas braai, a wood-fired hot tub, and a private plunge pool overlooking the valley. Secure parking is provided on site.
