Description

Red Door Cottage offers comfortable self-catering in a cottage situated on the owner’s property, located in the beautiful coastal region of Wilderness and is ideal for guests wanting to explore the well-known Garden Route.

This cosy cottage can accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen is provided, including beach towels.

The living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a central 2-seater dining table. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge area with comfy seating and a TV with Netflix. YouTube Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

The cottage is attached to the main house but has designated parking as well as its own entrance. It is within walking distance of the beach and surrounded by well-known hiking and bird-watching trails.

The access driveway is narrow and steep and is not suitable for large trailers, boats or caravans.
There is also parking for only one vehicle
There is a pet on the property, a dog called Holly, who is friendly and gentle, and it is quite possible that she will visit you during your stay. This property uses solar power, so disruptions during load shedding are kept to a minimum, with Wi-Fi always available
