My stay was amazing, I had the best time. It was fantastic! I'd recommend the place to other people. Mama Rose is very kind, welcoming and accommodating; she makes sure that her clients are comfortable and satisfied. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are very comfy. I had the best experience at Reign Residence. Another thing I liked is that it is close to everything and all the places I needed to visit.

Place is great. - Stay was great; however, we didn't have hot water for showering and no explanation or apology from the host. Loud private telephonic noise from the host (unprofessional). No bar fridge in the rooms; we had drinks but couldn't put them in the main fridge with other guests around.

The only thing I'm not complaining about is the bed. We barely slept because there were people in the house who were talking and making a noise. I had to leave my bed twice to tell them to keep it down, but to no avail. The water only gets warm and not hot.
