Tastefully furnished house for vacationers, digital nomads or professionals who long for a peaceful and comfortable environment to relax in. Has fibre optic WIFI and an office space or if preferred a large view deck with superb tropical coastal views. There are 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom with lounges and a dining area. The furnishings are mod and interesting with Canadian pine floors throughout. The kitchen has a gas hob and is quirky and functional.
The beautiful natural surroundings often allow for sightings of Vervet monkeys, Duiker, and a variety of bird species, including the elusive Crowned and Fish Eagles. Guests can also enjoy views of the Port Shepstone lighthouse and the uMzimkhulu River estuary.
This shared property has secure parking behind an electric gate, an alarm system and prepaid electricity meter to be maintained for the house and swimming pool. A backup water supply and an inverter for power outages are also available. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it lends itself towards visitors who are quiet.
