Description

Peacock's Perch Cottage is located on Rhodene Farm, only 1.5 hours from Cape Town and 500 m from a tarred road. The farm lies at the foot of the Skurweberg mountains and overlooks the Ceres Valley.

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and is ideal for families or small groups. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 bunk beds. The bathroom is fitted with a small bath, shower, and toilet. Bedding, linen, and towels are provided.

The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The living area includes a dining corner and lounge, and features a fireplace, TV with DStv, oil heaters, and fans. An undercover stoep with a built-in braai offers space for outdoor dining. Limited Wi-Fi is available.

Guests can enjoy walking and cycling trails, bass fishing at the farm dam, birdwatching, stargazing, swimming in the shared pool, and a children’s play area. Local wineries, hiking trails, and historical attractions are within easy reach.
