Description

Rhulani Treetop Cottage is an upstairs self-catering holiday cottage located in Marloth Park, Mpumalanga. It is an ideal choice for a a quiet and peaceful getaway to the bushveld. Please note that there is a a strict no-smoking policy at Rhulani.

From the deck, many of the 40 species of birds and a host of mammals, and even predators like civet, may sometimes be spotted.

The main cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. One bedroom has 2 single beds and a fan. The other bedroom has air conditioning and is furnished with a double bed. There is another room outside on the deck which has a double bed and small bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The cottage has an open-plan lounge / kitchen area. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches, and there is a 6-seater dining table on the outside deck. For entertainment, guests can enjoy games, books, and magazines. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric mini-oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery.

Access to free Wi-Fi is available, for social media only, no video streaming.

Guests can relax on the deck, with comfortable seating and benches. There is also a braai area downstairs and a small splash pool for cooling off. There is a large pool at Henk van Rooyen municipal park 900m from Rhulani. The park has a restaurant with views over Kruger Park and often has a flea market on Saturdays and during school holidays. There is also a tennis court at the park.

Marloth Park has a variety of restaurants and shops, including mini golf and a water slide at the Bush Centre on Olifant Ave. La'Abri beauty and massage Spa is next door to Rhulani and the Crocodile Bridge Gate into the Kruger National Park is approximately 24 km away.
