Description
River Lodge is a self-catering holiday home located on an estate along the banks of the Vaal River, between Parys and Vanderbijlpark. This property offers a peaceful riverfront setting and is ideally suited to families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway within easy reach of Gauteng.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet, while the remaining bedrooms share a second bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen is provided, and guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining and lounge areas offer comfortable seating for meals and relaxation, and a TV is available for entertainment.
The living area leads out to a patio with outdoor seating and a private braai area overlooking the river. Guests also have access to shared estate facilities, including a swimming pool, tennis court, spacious gardens, and a jetty for those wishing to bring their own boat.
