Perfect for a good night's sleep and lock up and go during the day. We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed.

We had a pleasant stay. We had a good stay. The couch was quite uncomfortable. The bedside lamp was found broken in the cupboard.

We tried to be out as much as possible just because it was so uncomfortable. It was impossible to get the keys out of the lockbox without going on your knees and having to shine a light in to see the back of the postbox. It was irritating to have to swap the plugs around all the time - just get a better extension. The coffee table is falling apart. The light next to one side of the bed cannot be plugged in anywhere. The bed is impossibly uncomfortable - we hardly slept. The couch is so uncomfortable we could not sit on it for the duration of a movie.

Conveniently central, safe and comfortable. On our arrival we were disappointed. When we entered the flat, the carpet was still lying outside on the balcony. The cushions of the couch were still standing upside down and damp (assuming they were washed). There was only one fork in the drawer which was also not cleaned. Positive feedback: On our complaint about the fork, a whole cutlery set was soon delivered. Different good coffee options and little chocolates on the bed were welcoming us.
