Riverview House offers self-catering accommodation on a rural property approximately 10 km from Sedgefield in the Garden Route. The property provides a peaceful setting with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside.
The house accommodates up to four guests and comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as an additional guest toilet.
The first bedroom is very spacious and features a king-size bed with sliding doors opening onto the deck. It also includes a large, deep bath and a separate en-suite bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed or separated into 2 three-quarter beds. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, vanity, and toilet.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a workstation. Wi-Fi is available, and the house operates off-grid with solar power and rainwater storage.
On-site facilities include a covered deck with outdoor seating and dining, braai facilities with both wood and gas options, and a wood-fired hot tub available at an additional cost (season dependent). A Smart TV with streaming services and DStv is available for entertainment.
Guests also have access to walking trails, a cycling track, and a fenced sports area.
