Rontree Close Villa is a beautifully appointed self-catering holiday home located right next to a nature reserve, in Camps Bay, Cape Town. It is a great homebase where friends and family can enjoy a peaceful getaway and from where they can explore and enjoy the surrounding area and all it has to offer.
This multi-level home can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The first bedroom is situated on the top floor and is furnished with a king-size bed, opens up onto a private balcony and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath and shower. The rest of the bedrooms are all on the ground level. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The third bedroom features a double bed, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests entertainment there is a TV and a pool table. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy various balconies with seating, an outdoor dining area with a gas and charcoal braai and a swimming pool. An inverter and secure parking are available on the premises. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity, Bakoven Beach being approximately 1.7 km away. Attractions like 12 Apostles Hotel & Spa, Oudekraal Beach and various hiking trails such as Kasteelspoort Hiking Trail can be enjoyed in the surrounding area.
