A wonderful experience for the family. Roosterhoek is an absolute gem! The rondeval is located close to the farmhouse with wonderful gardens but at the same time has its own private space with outside seating and braai area. The room itself has beautiful finishes and unique touches giving it an upmarket look and feel. Ideal for parents and young kids for stopover accommodation or a couple for longer stays. The owners gave us a warm welcome, were friendly and extremely accommodating. A true farm experience with beautiful views and walks around the farm. The location is between Venterstad, which has very limited options for fuel and groceries, and Burgersdorp, which is 40 km away with better options and restaurants. Would definitely stay over again as it is a more equidistant route from Johannesburg to the Garden Route.
