Description
Rosemary Cabin @ Camissa Farm is a gorgeous cabin that rests on the edge of a lake in the heart of the Banhoek Valley. It offers a stunning view of the valley and across the landscaped orchards on the valley floor to the Simonsberg and Drakenzicht mountains.
This cabin can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and a Nespresso machine, and has a dishwasher for guests’ convenience.
Below the wide deck overlooking the dam, there is a raised fire pit braai with chairs. There is a wood-fired hot tub on the other side of the deck, next to the dam. Guests can enjoy views across the Banhoek Valley and the swimming dam to the Drakenstein peaks beyond.
This area is perfect for those who enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including bird watching, mountain biking, cycling, and swimming. The peaceful surroundings also provide excellent dining options and numerous wine-tasting opportunities. For an evening out, the award-winning restaurants in Paarl and Stellenbosch are highly recommended. Additionally, nearby activities such as horse riding, fishing, and tennis offer further enjoyment.
