Thoroughly enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was fantastic. There is a troop of adorable monkeys that move around in the trees, which was lovely to experience. The pool and beach are within close walking distance. The views from the balconies are breathtakingly beautiful.

Not up to standard. The setup and location are perfect; however, the place did not live up to my expectations. It was left dirty; I had to wash out all the cupboards upon arriving because of the state it was left in. We did complain about it, and cleaners were only sent in to clean two days later after we had already cleaned up most of it. The shower and bathrooms were covered in mould; it had a constant smell because of the leak and dampness. There was also a lack of overall maintenance: the shower is dripping through the roof in the lounge, cracked tiles everywhere, water damaged in the kitchen, and the braai is crumbling away. The railings around the building are falling apart and are unsafe for children playing near the railings.

I explained that a previous large group of guests had unfortunately left our units in a very poor condition and because it was peak season, we unfortunately did not have sufficient time to get everything up to the same standard that we always keep our units in. I arranged with you to send our cleaner to clean you again and arranged with you a time that would suit you. I followed up with you myself to see if everything was in order and you mentioned that you were satisfied. When another complaint came in about a water leak, I once again immediately addressed it and kept in touch with you to hear if you were happy.
