Lovely looking place but attention to detail is lacking. This is just some constructive criticism to help you make the place a 5-star destination. Thank you for being very friendly on arrival and for our special request to get the keys early. It's much appreciated. The toilet needs a sliding door. The basin hot and cold water are switched around. We were 2 persons and we received one large and one small towel. Two big towels would be required for 2 guests. There is tea, coffee, and sugar, but there was no milk and also no teaspoons. The big mirror in the bedroom is wonderful, but some guests are going to bump into it and it's going to fall and break. Please fix it to the wall. Also, there is no mirror in the bathroom. Additionally, there is no place to hang the towels and no place to put soap and shampoo in the shower. The place was neat with a lot of extras that were appreciated, and if these small things could be fixed, then this will be a 5-star destination. Thank you for a lovely stay, and we will probably be there again if we need accommodation in that area.

We truly appreciate constructive input like yours, as it helps us continuously improve and aim for an affordable but 5-star experience for all our guests! We have taken note of every detail you brought up and are addressing them immediately: 1. Bathroom & fixtures: We will visit your apartment and have our plumber re-route the basin taps so the hot and cold water are properly aligned. We are also installing towel hooks and a shower caddy for soap and shampoo in that apartment, as we believe they must have been broken by guests, as well as fixing a mirror in the bathroom. 2. Bedroom mirror & door: Safety is a priority, so we are securing the full-length bedroom mirror firmly to the wall. We are also reviewing solutions for additional bathroom privacy. 3. Amenities & towels: We apologise for the oversight with the towel sizing and missing milk/teaspoons. It was certainly an oversight from the manager. We will ensure every 2-guest booking is provided with two full-size bath sheets. However, we always advise guests to provide their own milk as part of their self-catering responsibility due to different guest views, allergies, complications etc on milk.
