Description
Salt & Feather is an exclusive self-catering villa situated in Yzerfontein along the West Coast, offering a refined and tranquil coastal escape. Positioned within easy reach of the beach and local attractions, guests are able to enjoy nearby activities such as fishing, hiking, cycling, wine tasting, and watersports, while the surrounding natural beauty creates an ideal setting for a relaxed getaway.
The villa can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a guest bathroom. The ground floor features a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom. A guest bathroom is located at the bottom of the staircase. Upstairs, the main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and also includes a full en-suite bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms are furnished with 2 three-quarter beds and a double bed, respectively, and share a separate bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. Bed linen and bath towels, as well as swimming towels, are provided for guest convenience, along with additional comforts such as a hairdryer, extra pillows and blankets, and ample wardrobe space.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, dishwasher, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as all essential cooking basics. A dining area with seating for 8 is available, while the open-plan living areas include comfortable lounge seating, a Smart TV, and board games for entertainment. Additional conveniences include a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board, steamer, and access to a communal laundry area, with detergent supplied. Wi-Fi access and a dedicated workspace are also provided.
Outdoor living is enhanced by a private heated swimming pool, an outdoor braai area, and a furnished balcony with an outdoor dining table, allowing for relaxed entertaining against a scenic backdrop.
Secure parking is available on the premises, including a garage, gated access, CCTV surveillance, and a security alarm system. The property is also equipped with a solar power system to ensure an uninterrupted stay during power outages.
