The home comfortably accommodates 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, washbasin, and toilet. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is furnished with 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a bunk bed.
The main bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
There is an adjacent room / flatlet on request. Bedroom 5 (flatlet) is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet.
The basic and small kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, tea- and coffee-making facilities (bring own Nespresso pods), necessary cutlery and crockery, and a fridge-freezer. A scullery is available with a a dishwasher. There is a laundry with a washing machine and a chest freezer.
The living area features a dining table and chairs, and an indoor fireplace and a built-in braai. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV (streaming). A work station is also available. There is WI-FI.
Through the sliding doors, guests can step onto the wooden patio furnished with outdoor furniture and can make use of the portable braai, surrounded by mountain views.
The home is located within walking distance of the beaches and the penguins at Stony Point Nature Reserve. Harold Porter Botanical Gardens and hiking trails are located nearby, along with restaurants, local cafes, shops, and other nearby amenities, approximately 2.5 km away.
