Description

San Lameer Villa 1603 is located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18 hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar, luxury villas and have direct access to 2 magnificent blue flag beaches.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and a living area. Two of the bedrooms each contain a king-size bed, and the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed. Two of the bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. Four of the en-suite bathrooms is fitted with a shower, a bath, and a toilet, and the last bathroom has a shower, and a toilet only. Toilet paper and soap are provided for the day of arrival, and guests please need to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use. The dining area has seating for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with selected DStv channels.

The living area opens onto a patio which has an outdoor lounge area with lovely views of the swimming pool and surrounds. A gas braai is also available for guests to use. This property has an 5KVA runs plugs and lights .
