San Lameer Villa 2907 is located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18 hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 magnificent blue flag beaches.
The air-conditioned, ground-floor villa can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, and an outdoor shower is also available. Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, and a washing machine are also available. The dining area has seating for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with selected DStv channels.
The living area opens up onto a lovely big patio area which has an outdoor dining table and braai facilities, overlooking the pond and garden.
There is also an outdoor shower in the private courtyard.
