Description
San Lameer Villa 2911 is located within the prestigious San Lameer Estate in Southbroom on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. This subtropical coastal paradise offers a secure, nature-rich environment with abundant wildlife, flora, and birdlife, as well as direct access to 2 Blue Flag beaches. The estate also features an 18-hole championship golf course, a hotel with a spa, restaurant, and bar, making it an ideal destination for families and leisure travellers.
The villa can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a dining table, and a TV, flowing out onto a patio with outdoor dining space and braai facilities overlooking a spacious grassy area.
Please note that standard villas do not include daily servicing. A linen and towel change is provided on the 5th day of the stay.

A refundable breakage deposit of R2 000 is payable directly to the property.
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Admin Fee of R800 per booking
A refundable breakage deposit is required prior to arrival.
FICA documentation must be submitted prior to arrival, including proof of address, a copy of ID, and bank-stamped banking details for the refundable deposit.
Guests are required to pre-register via the facial recognition link sent by email prior to arrival.
A valid vehicle licence disc and driver’s licence must be presented upon arrival.
No smoking is permitted inside the villas.
The maximum occupancy of the villa may not be exceeded.
Guests are required to ensure that doors and windows remain closed to prevent access by monkeys.
Trailers, motorbikes, and motorised boats are to be parked in designated areas only.
Pets are not allowed on the estate.
Late departures after 10:00 may result in a deduction from the breakage deposit.
Guests are required to inspect the villa inventory on arrival and report any discrepancies. Damaged or missing items may be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Daily servicing is available for selected villas between 08:00 and 14:00, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Standard villas are serviced every fifth day.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
