This spacious beach house is situated on the dunes and offers scenic sea views. The property is ideally located within easy reach of Pebble Beach and Castle Beach, making it well-suited to guests seeking a coastal escape with direct access to the shoreline and surrounding natural beauty.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, while the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a single bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower.
The open-plan living areas are bright and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, electric convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridge-freezers, and an island counter. A separate laundry area is provided and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining and lounge areas offer ample seating, and a wood-burning stove is available for colder evenings. Sliding doors lead onto a large deck with a built-in braai, while a sheltered patio provides additional outdoor seating with views of the surrounding area.
