Description

Rose Thatch House - Enchanting and Peaceful is a self-catering apartment located on the host’s property and is located in the country town of Howick. The property is the ideal base from which to visit the surrounding attractions in the area such as the Midlands Meander, golf courses and Midmar Dam.

The apartment features a private separate entrance, Trellis doors and a remote for access. The apartment can accommodate up to 5/6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a queen-size bed, a double futon bed, an in-room safe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access to the full family bathroom. Each bedroom has extra pool towels, bath towels and professionally laundered linen on the beds.

The well-equipped kitchen contains an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The comfortable lounge has a TV with full DStv channels. The lounge leads out to the pool and braai area, with outside furniture and a braai facility that guests have access to.

There is a light for evening braai time, which guests can use. Free fibre Wi-Fi access is available. There is a separate undercover parking area for 1 or 2 cars on the property, with CCTV footage and beams for safety.

The property is within close proximity to local schools - Hilton College, St. Annes, Michael House and all boarding schools in the area. The property is also within close proximity to hospitals and the Hilton Village with all stores and eateries.
