Schapies 44 @ Yzer is a beach house located in Yzerfontein, a small harbour town with around 1,200 inhabitants on the West Coast of South Africa, approximately 90 km north of Cape Town. It is the ideal place for a family or group of friends seeking a coastal getaway.

The home comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating 8 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the remaining 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The first guest bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the second bathroom has a toilet only.
