Loved our cozy cottage stay surrounded by breathtaking views and nature. Schoonspruit Falls is a sanctuary where body, mind, and soul can truly rest, breathe, and rejuvenate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the charming cottage, situated just 10 metres from the expansive trout dam. Despite the cool, rainy weather, the fireplace created a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made our time indoors just as memorable. Best Getaway within 3 hours of Pretoria. My wife, I and our 3 month old son had an incredibly nice stay. This is truly one of the best places we have ever found. Can't wait to go back! Willem is an absolute gem. He welcomed us very nicely and was incredibly helpful. The dam is beautiful with incredible animal life all around people. What an experience.

Peaceful, tranquil, beautiful and a great place for a getaway. We visited Schoonspruit Falls with a group of four families and young kids and had the most wonderful weekend. The house is wonderfully spacious yet cosy, the vista and view across the dam are beautiful and there is so much to do for the kids like hikes to the falls, swimming, fishing and a huge grass expanse for games and fun! The host and the staff are also fantastic and make your life so easy. We will most certainly be back.

Beautiful views and lovely accommodation. The location of the cottage is amazing with beautiful views, right on the edge of the water. The cottage is very comfortable with everything you need provided. I received a very warm welcome from the staff and was very well informed by the owner who provided detailed and clear information. I was overnighting on a work trip but certainly intend to be back with the family for a long weekend. I fell in love with the whole place and cannot wait to be back.
