Description
Nolte Ocean Villa & Venue is a beautiful self-catering holiday home situated in central Mossel Bay. The property offers sweeping views of both the ocean and the surrounding mountains, with modern finishes, high ceilings, and abundant natural light throughout. It is conveniently located within a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk from Santos Beach, and approximately 7 minutes from The Point and Diaz Beach.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 3 spacious private bedrooms. The two upstairs en-suite bedrooms in the main house are each furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed. Each en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The separate open-plan cottage below sleeps 4 guests and is furnished with a queen-size bed and 2 single beds, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided for all rooms.
The main house features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The lounge includes comfortable seating and a TV and flows into an indoor braai area, with direct access to a large viewing deck.
The cottage below includes a private entrance and sea views, along with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, air fryer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities for self-catering convenience.
The property features a large enclosed garden with a fire pit, swings, an indoor braai, a wood-fired hot tub, and a zipline for entertainment. Secure parking for up to 5 vehicles is provided behind a gated entrance with electric fencing, ensuring peace of mind throughout the stay.
