Priced according to what it offered, but it met our needs. Perfect for our needs. Very basic but quite adequate, although lighting not too good for reading! Unfortunately, the geyser hadn't been switched on, so we had cold showers! Very accommodating hostess who kindly allowed us a very late checkout because of Ironman and difficulty with parking. We very much appreciated her kindness and the friendliness of her assistant.
