Beautiful view and enjoy. We enjoyed our stay. The flat was very quiet and neat, close to everything, and had a beautiful view. We did enjoy the stay very much.

Great stay! We had a great 6 week stay. The flat is clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The place is secure and you have a nice view of the sea and Robben Island from the balcony. A 5 to 10 minute walk from Eden on the Bay or Seaside Village centre. The garage is very convenient too. Also, having WiFi and the cable was good for our long stay. The owner is very helpful if you have a question and always responded very quickly. I recommend Sea Gem 100% and will book again.

Great place. Considering the circumstances for our stay, it was great with a nice view of the sea. Parking is an issue if your vehicle is not high enough, and visitors' parking is very far from the unit, especially for the elderly. Wi-Fi password is very complicated and long; after 3 attempts, I gave up on it. Other than that, great unit.

Attention needed to identified areas. - Lack of WiFi and/or decent DStv package was a disappointment. Garage is not suitable for lower slung cars, extensive damage to my Lexus IS 350 underbelly plates, and unfortunately, owners are not prepared to discuss compensation for damages caused. Some maintenance is required on the flat: hand shower not working, some top hung windows do not stay open, laminate flooring showing wear and tear. The geyser was switched off on arrival, so there was no hot water when we came to shower.

Neat spacious. Excellent breakaway from hustle and bustle and noise. Safe due to excellent security. Friendly. In between 2 malls. No stress if you forgot something. Beautiful and safe to do beach or road walk.
